Graciela Zamudio Conde

Graciela Zamudio holds a Law Degree, along with a Postgraduate Degree in Banking Law, both earned from the Universidad Panamericana, and boasts 28 years of professional experience.

Since 2010, she has spearheaded operational and sales projects for the Sotheby’s International Realty brand as General Manager of the Guadalajara office. Presently, she serves as Regional Manager, overseeing operations at the Puerto Vallarta office.

Graciela possesses extensive expertise in the legal and administrative realms of real estate businesses. She excels in commercialization, marketing, and coordinating property closings. Throughout her career, she has concentrated on advising both national and international clients involved in real estate transactions in Mexico, primarily within the luxury residential market segment.

As a leader, Graciela has effectively managed successful teams of sales consultants, nurturing them into seasoned professionals by instilling core values such as professionalism, knowledge, honesty, effective customer service, and goal achievement.

An active member of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) since 2011, Graciela has served as a counselor on the local board of directors and as a regional coordinator on the national board, consistently contributing to the advancement of the real estate community. Additionally, she has been an international member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the United States since 2012.

Among her certifications, Graciela holds the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation from NAR, as well as the Certificate of Labor Competence in the ECO110.01 standard for Real Estate Marketing Consulting, issued by AMPI and the National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Competencies (CONOCER).

Currently, she holds the position of local Associate at AMPI Puerto Vallarta, FlexMLS, MLSVallarta, and Coparmex Puerto Vallarta.
